Covid-19 Safety Procedures:
The safety of our guests and staff is always our priority but during the current Covid19 pandemic we would like to outline our current procedures.
We are allowing more time between guests where housekeeping staff are carrying out deep cleans and extra attention is being paid to high touch point areas.
All of our housekeeping team are using professionally graded cleaning products.
Housekeeping staff will be wearing PPE at all times. They are regularly washing their hands and using antibacterial wash between cleans.
Windows are opened during cleans and if possible, will be left open in between guests.
We are providing weekly cleans and linen/towel changes but we do request that guests are not in the properties when this is carried out. If you do not wish for a weekly clean then please contact us to let us know.
Handwash is provided in the kitchen and soaps in the bathroom (should you require more during your stay please contact us so we can arrange for extra supplies to be dropped to you.)
Arriving & during your stay:
We are requesting ID from every guest staying this is so we have a trace of guests that have been in our properties and there will be further questions around the reason for travelling.
All check ins will be self-check in using our onsite key safe boxes there will be no face-to-face meet and greet service. We are however available on the telephone to assist with any queries.
Key safes will be cleaned and disinfected between each guest.
Only essential and emergency maintenance will be carried out during your stay. In the event maintenance is required we ask that the guest is not present in the apartment whilst our tradesman attends.
We provide cleaning products; these are usually found under the sinks in our properties or in the storage cupboards should you wish to clean whilst you're in the property.
All guests in communal corridors should be wearing a face mask and adhering to the guidelines of social distancing.
Guests who are not adhering to guidelines will be asked to leave immediately.
We ask that if any guests experience symptoms of Covid-19 during their stay with us or have tested positive we request that you notify us immediately in order for us to support in the best way possible whilst protecting other guests and our housekeeping team.
