Welcome to our luxurious two bedroom, two bathroom ground floor apartment located within The Suffolks area of Cheltenham. It overlooks the prestigious Cheltenham College and is located a short walk from the vibrant Bath Road with its host of individual shops, cafes and restaurants.
The property has two spacious bedrooms, the principal bedroom has a king size bed with a spacious ensuite shower room. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space and dressing. There is also a separate family bathroom with a separate walk-in shower and bath.
The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob. The kitchen comes fully equipped with pots/pan/dinner ware/cutlery/glassware. The dining area has a 4-seater dining table, as well as a spacious sofa, perfect for relaxing on.
Parking is located on-site for 1 vehicle ONLY! There is also an EV charger which is an additional cost and is paid for using the on-site App.

Apartment has been superbly finished to a high standard. We had such a lovely and comfortable stay. Gorgeous apartment with everything so well thought out. So clean and modern. Really clear directions and instructions to get into the property and fantastic communication from the start. It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there and there was a card and chocolates awaiting our arrival into the apartment- such a lovely touch! In a fantastic location near to shops, bars, cafes etc. We would not hesitate to recommend this property and will definitely be returning! Thanks for making our stay in Cheltenham so memorable!

Stayed here during a work trip to Cheltenham and honestly couldn’t ask for more. The flat was "fresh", modern, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything felt well looked after and properly thought through. It’s one of those places where you instantly feel relaxed after a long day.

This is a lovely, immaculately clean apartment, well located to local restaurants, bars and shops.
The rooms are a good size, well equipped and very comfortable.
The host sent a detailed welcome email with instructions on getting into the car park, building and apartment. They even left a lovely birthday card and small gift, truly well appreciated.
