Property Information 
 
Indoor space 
Ground floor - The ground floor consists of an L shaped space which includes a living area, dining area and kitchen area. The kitchen is well equipped and has a fashionable design. The dining table can seat up to 8 guests and is placed in front of large, glass doors which open out onto the pool terrace, enabling guests to dine and cook with a view. The living area has a U shaped sofa surrounding a coffee table, with enough space for guests to relax and either enjoy the view, read a book or watch television on the smart TV. There are glass sliding doors that open up the area to the pool terrace. The first of four bedrooms is located on this level. This double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and large, glass sliding doors which provide direct access to the pool terrace. A guest bathroom is located on the ground floor as well. 
 
First floor - The first floor consists of three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All three of the bedrooms have balconies facing out over the pool terrace and provide views of the sea, mountains and the bays. One bedroom has a balcony with a swinging chair and a potted plant, another bedroom has two chairs and a table on the balcony. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a partial view and glass door.he gym is located on the ground level, in a building separately accessed to the main villa. 
 
The 55sqm gym is located adjacent to the pool and includes a professional treadmill, a 27-station cable weights machine, a heavy punching bag, a designated yoga practice area, and large wall mirrors throughout. A large-screen television is installed for entertainment during training. The gym opens onto a private balcony with an outdoor table and chairs, offering uninterrupted sea views. 
Outdoor space 
 
The pool terrace is spacious and has a large private infinity pool (L12 m x W6 m x D 0.5 - 1.6m) with an integrated Jacuzzi. The pool has two raised shallow areas and 9 sunbeds are placed alongside with parasols to provide shade. To the side of the villa guests will find an outside shower, built into a mosaic wall. There is also a seating area to the side of the pool, sheltered by a pergola with two swinging chairs. A second pergola reaches out from the villa to cover the alfresco dining area which seats up to 8 guests. Guests will also find a table tennis table adjacent to the pool and landscaped garden. 
 
A garage provides enough space for two cars to be parked. This is accessed at street level and the entrance to the villa is on the side with two small gardens following the stairs either side.
