About Us 

I’m Jade, the driving force behind Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. I lead from the front and on a daily basis I’m working hard in my apartments to make sure they are maintained and cleaned to exacting standards. 

 

Coming from a strong customer service and sales background I’m the front line of the business too, making sure guests have everything they need and always available to take a call at any time.  

 

With a strong knowledge of the local area, if there’s anything you need to know about Cheltenham or beyond then I’m always here for advice.  

 

Working with my husband daily comes with its challenges, but with Oliver’s knowledge of the area and what makes a property work I couldn’t think of a better person to run my business with. 

 

When I’m not at work I enjoy cleaning my own home (...yes, really!), as well as looking after my two wonderful daughters and spending time with my husband. 

I am very much looking forward to bringing my 11 years of experience in hospitality and customer service to Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments as Operations Manager. 

 

Having worked in fine dining for much of my career I like to think I have a keen eye for detail and offering the best possible experience to customers.  

 

Born and bred in Cheltenham, I know the town and surrounding area very well, so whether you are looking for recommendations for dining, drinks or activities to entertain yourselves during your stay, I have a long list of suggestions for you. 

 

I love to travel when I can, be that solo adventures to South Africa, adding-in some adrenaline fuelled escapades, or relaxing stays with friends in Mexico. Any opportunity to visit beautiful places, get my camera out and photograph the stunning scenery to capture the memories. I think I'm up to 35 countries now, and plenty more still to go! 

 

I am a sporty and competitive person, and you will find me most weeks playing hockey in my free time, be that foolishly kitting up and playing in goal, or preferably playing outfield scoring the goals! It's the perfect way for me to de-stress and switch my mind off for a few hours. I must have been a dog in a previous life to be so happy chasing a ball around! 

 

Having been in hospitality a long time, I love to cook for people, and will never so no to dining out, but its still hard to beat my Mum's roast dinner when I get the time to visit family. 

 

I have three party tricks... I can make balloon animals and juggle, as well as identify every country in the world by their flag, and at a push let you know the capital too! 

I’m Inga, one of the housekeepers here at Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. My role is to clean and maintain all of our wonderful properties to exceptional standards. 

 

Coming from a cleaning background, I previously cleaned new build properties upon building completion - getting them ready to welcome new and excited homeowners was really a lovely feeling. I have an eye for detail and presentation which is why working here isn't that much different.  

 

I used to live in London up until a few years ago. I now live in a 1930's semi-detached house in Gloucester. Myself and my husband are slowly renovating it but great work takes a great amount of time (plus I am always wanting to change the decoration haha)  

 

When I’m not at work I enjoy cycling with my husband and son. You can usually find us on the family track in the Forest of Dean. It has some lovely views along the way! There is also a little cafe at the end which I take full advantage of as I love a coffee anytime of the day.
