Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments prides itself on providing a high quality, professional service, tailored to the needs of each individual guest. 
Combining expert industry knowledge and years of experience, we believe the secret to our success is taking the time to truly understand the needs and aspirations of those who use our service and stay in our properties. 
More importantly, we believe in building long-term professional relationships with our clients – many of whom return again and again – and we always approach our business with absolute integrity. 
Equally, we understand that an outstanding level of care and attention, coupled with a beautifully furnished and appointed property, are what our guests really value, and we like to think that this is what sets us apart from other providers in our field. 

Our Team 


I’m Jade, the driving force behind Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. I lead from the front and on a daily basis I’m working hard in my apartments to make sure they are maintained and cleaned to exacting standards. 
Coming from a strong customer service and sales background I’m the front line of the business too, making sure guests have everything they need and always available to take a call at any time.  
With a strong knowledge of the local area, if there’s anything you need to know about Cheltenham or beyond then I’m always here for advice.  
Working with my husband daily comes with its challenges, but with Oliver’s knowledge of the area and what makes a property work I couldn’t think of a better person to run my business with. 
When I’m not at work I enjoy cleaning my own home (...yes, really!), as well as looking after my two wonderful daughters and spending time with my husband.

I’m Oliver, the founder and part-time help at Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. 
Coming from a senior retail management background and currently a Director of a leading Estate agency in Cheltenham, I’m passionate about property and obsessive about attention to detail – especially in your home away from home.  
I support Jade to deliver the bespoke service you deserve. My mantra? ‘Take care of clients; treat everyone as individuals’. 
My background? Nine years’ managerial and directorial roles in Cheltenham and Birmingham agencies. Managing an Iranian businessman’s 200-plus properties. Nine years’ senior and area management for Lidl and Tesco. And being a buy-to-let landlord since 2004. 
I’m hands on and rarely switch off, but when I’m not helping Jade, I enjoy spending time with my wife outside of work with our daughters Bella & Fleur.

I'm Kelsey, the Executive Assistant here at Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. I have a varied role, assisting with housekeeping to guest liaison & social media - no day is the same! 
Coming from a housekeeping, customer service and sales background - I have always had a passion for exceptional service and standards, which is why EOSA is the place for me. 
For the majority of my life I have lived in Gloucester but I now live in Cheltenham, which means I am very familiar with both areas. There is always something to see and do - my favourite things have to involve pink gin and lots of food (the only way to do it, right?!) 
When I'm not at work you may find me at home with my partner; but both with a love for UK staycations, you will probably find us elsewhere in the Country! I have a creative mind which I express through photography and interior design.

I’m Inga, one of the housekeepers here at Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. My role is to clean and maintain all of our wonderful properties to exceptional standards. 
Coming from a cleaning background, I previously cleaned new build properties upon building completion - getting them ready to welcome new and excited homeowners was really a lovely feeling. I have an eye for detail and presentation which is why working here isn't that much different.  
I used to live in London up until a few years ago. I now live in a 1930's semi-detached house in Gloucester. Myself and my husband are slowly renovating it but great work takes a great amount of time (plus I am always wanting to change the decoration haha)  
When I’m not at work I enjoy cycling with my husband and son. You can usually find us on the family track in the Forest of Dean. It has some lovely views along the way! There is also a little cafe at the end which I take full advantage of as I love a coffee anytime of the day.

I’m Abby, one of the housekeepers here at Elliot Oliver Serviced Apartments. My role is to make sure all the properties are sparkling to the highest of standards ready for our guest to enjoy there stay! 
Coming from a background of property I previously worked as a lettings co-ordinator in Cheltenham and before that a conveyancing assistant. I am passionate about property and love to have been able to apart of various parts of the property industry. 
I have lived in Gloucester my whole life but love exploring new parts of the the UK on weekends away and short breaks! 
When I am not at work you will find me exploring the UK, me and my partner love a road trip and stumbling across unique coffee shops and country pubs for a good coffee and roast dinner.
