The apartment is in the most perfect location, it’s situated a stones throw from the town centre. Having a parking space is an incredible bonus. The owners were incredibly informative and their apartment is impeccable. The photos do not do it justice, the whole place is immaculate and so spacious. It was the perfect getaway for a group of friends and I would recommend to anyone."

The living space is very sociable and well equipped, and the rest of the flat super clean and stylish too. Only one parking space (secure), but NCP parking close by and worth it to be so close to centre. Communication good and easy instructions for checking in. Well recommended."

Inside the apartment was spacious, light, clean and welcoming. The beds were also really comfortable. Once the car was in the parking space there was no need to use it as our location was central to everything we wanted. I would highly recommend this apartment."

Liam: "We had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend stay at the apartment. The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we found the apartment to be clean and supplied with all the amenities we required. Despite being a self-service apartment, Jade was communicative and made sure that we were well looked after.
The location was excellent with the centre only a short walk away and with good restaurants nearby. The property also benefits from its proximity to the racecourse which is only a short taxi away (around £7). Our deposit was returned in good time after we left. I would definitely recommend staying here."

Zoe: "Our host was in touch with us before our stay and made the check-in process easy. She was very friendly and on hand in case we had any questions The apartment was lovely and spacious, modern and clean, with two bathrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen utensils, toiletries, restaurant recommendations. The beds were also very comfortable. The apartment is located within a couple of minutes' walk from the main high street with shops, restaurants etc., so it's a convenient base for exploring the city. Despite its central location, it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

It's got dedicated parking, ground floor unit is a plus bonus with individual garden, the unit was spacious enough for 4 people, it's very clean, water pressure and hot water for shower and washing was good. Quality and complete kitchenette and cutleries, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms.
When we arrived at the apartment it was almost 10.30pm. The next morning we found out that the apartment is very close to city centre and it's just a stone throw away to halal restaurants, halal butcher and Masjidul Falah Mosque are located close to the apartment too.
Not only was the apartment above all expectations that we decided to extend our stay, but Jade was absolutely a very nice and helpful host."

Villa Bella Grace
Katie, AirBnB guest: "Just back from a fabulous stay at Villa Bella Grace. The villa really exceeded our (high) expectations.
The space - indoor and outdoor - is amazing and was perfect for us to socialise as a family, but large enough bedrooms to enjoy some private space too. We loved that each bedroom had an ensuite and sea views.
The views from the villa, the pool and in particular the terrace on the top floor were simply amazing, and we enjoyed drinks most nights watching the sun set. We paid a bit extra to have the pool heated which was well worth it for a perfect temperature and could swim until late at night.
It is only a twenty minute walk into Kalkan - it’s a bit hilly but fine as long as you are reasonably fit! But we also found lots of lovely neighbourhood restaurants and bars on Kalamar Road, about 5-10mins walk away. Oliver and Jade recommended Yelken Bistro and we had two fabulous meals there. Generally the service in the area is wonderful, with nothing too much trouble.
Jade and Oliver were great hosts, very welcoming and responsive, and there were some nice touches on arrival. We definitely hope to return to this beautiful villa and area soon."
