Sarah said: "Beautifully furnished house with parking for 2 cars in the centre of Cheltenham. Clean, warm and comfortable - ideal location to explore Cheltenham, or to stay in if the weather is bad. Excellent secondary glazing keeps out any noise."
Kate said: "Just returned from a great stay here. The house was perfect for all our needs a party of two families with a baby right up to teenagers, something for everyone in the house. High hair and travel cot were ready for us on arrival. Any communication with the hosts was quickly responded too. We enjoyed a day at Warwick castle and visiting the villages of the Cotswolds during our stay."
Cherry said: "Wow! What a find! Amazing property which is exactly like the photos. Super clean house all round and the kitchen was great with loads of cutlery, crockery and glasses and kitchenware generally . Beds were super comfy and showers and bathrooms all great too. The house was also really conveniently located as it is within a short walk of Cheltenham Town Centre. There’s also a large Waitrose within a 5 minute walk and excellent parking just behind the house in a large car park if you arrive in more than 2 cars. I guess if they were 3 really small cars they might just fit in the driveway but it’s plenty big enough for 2 cars of pretty much any size. Excellent and responsive host too. (FYI Some reviews seem to get hung up on the need to provide ID. I would definitely be asking for this too if this was my house (I wish)! I think it’s only right they know who will be staying there). Overall 10/10! Highly, Highly recommend!"

Yvonne said: "We stayed at Laverham House for my husband's 60th birthday. It was a surprise get together with our family, and the house accommodated our party of 11 superbly. The house was immaculate and very well equipped. The games room in the basement area was a particular favourite with our 15 year grandsons. The outside seating area was lovely and a real sun trap. The house was a short walk from the town, where there were lots of lovely coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We fully intend to return. Full marks to Oliver and the Team for being superb hosts and being so attentive and helpful."
Ellie said: "Wonderful house, beautifully decorated, really comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms (including a big free-standing bath), fantastic kitchen facilities (huge fridge freezer, plenty of glasses, crockery and cutlery), good quality furniture in every room, nice outdoor space, comfortable sofa, plenty of TVs, great wi-fi, perfect location for going into town (recommend the cheese shop), right across the road from a great coffee place (the Scandinavian coffee pod), and quiet at night to allow a good night's sleep."

Hayleigh said: "The most immaculate house. Beautifully designed and so spacious! Also really handy to have 3 bathrooms. Location is amazing - round the corner from the centre of Cheltenham. Everything is walkable! Kitchen is very spacious and has ample cupboard space if you’re bringing lots of food and hosting. Tea bags, coffee and sugar provided along with some dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid etc. Living room is gorgeous with a huge comfy sofa. Bedrooms are all a really generous size. Outside space looked lovely but we didn’t use it as it was February. Owners were really helpful and getting into the house was really easy! One tiny improvement would be having coat hooks in at the porch or on the back of the bedroom doors. There was 9 of us and it was February so it would have been nice to have somewhere to hang them. Would highly recommend staying here! The perfect house and such a reasonable price too."

Hannah said: "Great property. We stayed as a family with young children. Such a convenient location in the middle of Cheltenham, shops and restaurants on your door stop. Didn’t feel like it was noisy (Mon-Thu stay). As a family we enjoyed lots of walks, Crickley Hill country park (lots of paths and ‘climbing areas’) and Bourton-on-the-water (buggy friendly walk) being great for our children. Cotswold Wildlife Park was brilliant, so many animals, massive children’s play park, gorgeous grounds for the adults to enjoy, best day out, will definitely visit again. Pittville Park was about a 20 minute walk, it has a massive play park, Lake and even some animals (rabbits, guinea pigs, chickens, golden pheasant). Hollywood bowl was also less than a 10min walk. Property itself was clean and minimalistic which was great for our young kids. Cot and highchair was provided. The host was quick to respond and very helpfully sent us lots of info on local attractions."

We loved the three en-suite rooms which were beautiful and incredibly spacious and the house was warm and cosy with a lovely living area space perfect to spend time in. The single room is a smaller space to note. Vvery accommodating for a late checkout which we really appreciated as it elongated our weekend. Highly recommend!"

Sharayah said: "We enjoyed a 2 night stay at this wonderful apartment. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment had everything that we needed (kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, hand wash & lotions etc). It was so clean and fresh, clear instructions to get in and how to use things like the heating. Very close to the town centre, walkable but also feels very private. We enjoyed our break as a group of 5 ladies - would definitely recommend and would return."

The apartment is in the most perfect location, it’s situated a stones throw from the town centre. Having a parking space is an incredible bonus. It was the perfect getaway for a group of friends and I would recommend to anyone."

The living space is very sociable and well equipped, and the rest of the flat super clean and stylish too. Only one parking space (secure), but NCP parking close by and worth it to be so close to centre. Communication good and easy instructions for checking in. Well recommended."

Communication with the host was first class throughout. The location was perfect—just a three-minute walk to the local high street with plenty of shops and amenities. We would definitely recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to stay here again."

The check-in instructions were easy to follow and we found the apartment to be clean and supplied with all the amenities we required. Despite being a self-service apartment, Jade was communicative and made sure that we were well looked after.
The location was excellent with the centre only a short walk away and with good restaurants nearby. The property also benefits from its proximity to the racecourse which is only a short taxi away (around £7). Our deposit was returned in good time after we left. I would definitely recommend staying here."

She was very friendly and on hand in case we had any questions The apartment was lovely and spacious, modern and clean, with two bathrooms. It had everything we needed for our stay - kitchen utensils, toiletries, restaurant recommendations. The beds were also very comfortable. The apartment is located within a couple of minutes' walk from the main high street with shops, restaurants etc., so it's a convenient base for exploring the city. Despite its central location, it was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend this apartment!"

It's got dedicated parking, ground floor unit is a plus bonus with individual garden, the unit was spacious enough for 4 people, it's very clean, water pressure and hot water for shower and washing was good. Quality and complete kitchenette and cutleries, comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms.
When we arrived at the apartment it was almost 10.30pm. The next morning we found out that the apartment is very close to city centre and it's just a stone throw away to halal restaurants, halal butcher and Masjidul Falah Mosque are located close to the apartment too.
Not only was the apartment above all expectations that we decided to extend our stay, but Jade was absolutely a very nice and helpful host."

Tiffany said: "Lovely apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished, well equipped (including handwash in bathrooms), nice towels, nice bedding and decent hangers in the wardrobes (not the usual cast offs!). Kitchen had everything you could need plus tea making facilities, incl milk sachets and some nice biccies, 2 dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid and a tea towel. Quiet area. Designated parking space was well described in advance."

The apartment was pristine, exactly like the photos. Everything was fitted out to a superb standard and spotlessly clean. It is perfectly located for exploring the great bars, cafes and restaurants on Gloucester Docks, literally on the doorstep! We visited for a wedding at Blackfriars Priory which was only a five minute walk away.
There was some noise from nearby pubs and neighbours, but that's to be expected for such a central location, and as we were out most of the time we didn't mind at all and everything quietened down in time for us to get a good sleep both nights.
Definitely recommend Oliver's place for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

We had a fab time in Gloucester. The flat was perfect, just what we were after as a bolt hole to explore Gloucester and the nearby area. Great location and within very easy walking distance from the town centre and quays shopping area (with cinema/restaurants). Extra bonus to have the car parking space. The flat was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay.

The flat is amazing. Beautifully appointed, with an incredible location smack bang in the middle of the Quay, it was exactly what we needed. All in all, it's a perfect accommodation due to its location in the port area, where you have all the services, easy access, and parking for one vehicle. Gloucester is a good point from which to travel to the dozens of towns in the Cotswolds.

The apartment was splendid, exceptionally clean and cosy. The location is close to the docks with lots of restaurants (good ones), pubs and cafés, there is a small market just next door, also the train station is just 12-15 min walk distance or 5 min away by taxi. I will definitely return on my next visit to Gloucester. Everything was good, no downside

Location was fabulous for shopping and eating out on the docks and a stones throw away from the town centre. The apartment was very well equipped and we were short of nothing, parking was very secure behind a locked gate, so no worries there.
Our holiday was for visiting the site like Bath and the Cotswold which made this a good location would definitely be recommending to friends and family, great value for money - loved it."

In a gorgeous, relatively private location just a five minute walk from a small, beautiful beach (where you can watch for dolphins in the morning and evenings!), and a short drive from most local attractions. The flat itself was absolutely spotless and well catered for. The bedrooms were spacious and cosy; the living room was stunning; and the balcony offered an amazing place to sit and watch the sea. Would definitely recommend this flat to anyone looking to stay close to the action, but in a peaceful retreat!"
